Have had lymph node in neck for a year. ultrasound was done and doctor said it was normal. would an us be able to detect malignancy?

Lymph node malignanc: Would be confirmed by biopsy, however, other clinical information as history, physical examination and imaging studies as ultrasound would direct the physician whether to go for a biopsy or not, which wasn't your case, best wishes
