3.5cm lymph node and 3.1cm node slowly grown to that size over 3 years in neck. 3 doctors have done ultrasounds and all refuse biopsy. they say nodes just stay enlarged sometimes..i read thats true but arent these sizes massive? feel like grapes?

You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
