I have a liver test result of ast 20 and alt 12. the ratio seems big, what is this a sign of? i drink 1-2 drinks 4 days weekly?

The ratio is only used in specific cases whenever liver enzymes are elevated, otherwise it has no use in interpreting normal values. If you were looking for a reason to quit or slow down with alcohol, please do.
