I have normal liver ct scan(3 yrs ago), normal alt/ast, albumin, protein blood results(1 month ago) but i drink daily (only 100ml to 150ml of whisky). i am worried about my liver health. how long should i abstain from alcohol to cleanse my liver?

If you are so worried about your liver health, stop drinking alcohol. I don’t mean to be harsh but there is correlation between the two. Good luck

Your liver will heal in a couple weeks after the last drink, as long as there has not be irreversible damage.
Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, damage testicular cells that make testosterone, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of use
