Hi, i got ast 36, alt 44 alp121 slightly every thing over than previous result. doctor wants to do u/s for liver.something serious, don't drink alcohol?

Need to find cause: I'm trusting this is not a medication allergy. You'll probably get labs for hepatitis b, c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, and maybe autoimmune hepatitis. If none is present, this may simply be "non-alcoholic fatty liver", which may be your body's telling you that it wants a lot more exercise. Regadless, think about going back to the lifestyle of a teenaged fitness buff. Best wishes.
