Hi i have been finding tissue-like material in urine, pinkish colored that is textured. it has the texture of a raspberry. i have done an exam of my bladder and it came out normal. what could it be? i do have pain sometimes when i pee and in bladder?

Tissue in the urine could be seen in patient who has papillary necrosis but it may be associated with flank pain (kidney location), not bladder pain. Patient with sickle cell disease or diabetes mellitus is at risk for this condition. If possible, collect that material for a direct and microscopic exam and a nephrologist or urologist can do that in the office. Take care.

First make sure it is from the bladder not the vagina. Next -What bladder test did you have done. Get a urine test and also see a Gyn for trying to find cause
