Tissue in the urine could be seen in patient who has papillary necrosis but it may be associated with flank pain (kidney location), not bladder pain. Patient with sickle cell disease or diabetes mellitus is at risk for this condition. If possible, collect that material for a direct and microscopic exam and a nephrologist or urologist can do that in the office. Take care.

First make sure it is from the bladder not the vagina. Next -What bladder test did you have done. Get a urine test and also see a Gyn for trying to find cause
