Maybe, ...: "Normal" functional bladder capacity is around 0.25-0.5 L, which may widely vary among individuals and within the same person from day to day along the path of life reflecting what one may consume & the body evolves along aging. So, 0.71 L could be normal for you as an individual as long as being able to empty, voiding comfortably with steady good urine flow, and having normal urinalysis.
