A 29-year-old male asked:
Persistent urge to urinate. no other issues. done usg (whole abdomain), kub, urine test and urine c/s. reports are normal but usg shows suggestive of cystitis (lower level echoes seen in bladder lumen). but no uti found. what should i do?

Ultra sound is not the way to diagnose UTI. or cystitis. Avoid spicy food and excess of caffeine. Drink water and try to divert your attention when you get the urge. If this does not help see a Urologist for you may need medication.
