Saw Palmetto: Given that good history there must a be a subclinical swelling of the prostate. In my guys with this problem i put them on the herb saw palmetto. If they are improved within seven days then they stay on the herb for ninety days. If they are not improved then they do not keep taking this herb.

First find cause: May have an overactive bladder, might need cystoscopy ;/or urodynamics to find cause. Then appropriate treatment may be available.
