I had a angiogram of head and neck. it was discovered upon entering i had severe tortuosity of innominate artery. they were still able to do. can this be fixed by losing weight etc and low blood pressure ? thank you?

No, those measures are less likely to reverse that abnormality because overweight and hypertension are not the cause of that finding. Good luck.
