2 weeks ago i had a lumbar puncture. after few days started headace, ear pressure, neck stiffnes, nausea. after 9 days received blood patch, now is 4 days after and my back still hurts a lot, still have pressure in head, ears, nausea.when it'll stop?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor as there may be a CSF leak. Start with the doctor who performed the lumbar puncture. Wish you good health!

A blood patch often works well but not always, and it may be best to repeat it or stay supine as much as possible. The area of the CSF leak needs to close, and it seems, so far, not to have occurred. Contact your doctor and decide the next steps, such as blood patch #2, steroids, further testing?
