I went to the er due to chest pain (3 weeks), heart palpitations, and high blood pressure. ct, 24 hr ecg, and angiogram were ok however, my heart still hurts. night diastolic is super low, blood gurgles, with occasional arythmias. is this serious?

Follow up needed: Follow up will be needed with your primary care doc ideally. While so far workup seems to be reassuring as far as having problems with your heart, work up should now expand to lungs, esophagus and musculoskeletal in order to explain and treat the pain. Arrhythmias will have to be better understood as some paroxysmal arrhythmias can cause chest pain.
