A member asked:

I had an angiogram of head and neck. upon entering i had severe tortuosity of the innominate artery but they were able to do this procedure. dr never mentioned it. could this mean i could have a future vascular problem? is this normal? or indicate?

Talk to Dr who has seen you and the angiogram for best advice. If smoking stop, get BMI to 25 and move to DASH diet. Tortuosity suggests long standing untreated high blood pressure
