A member asked:

What would you expect a patients blood pressure to be if they had severe lightheadedness caused by artery dissection/problem in neck?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pretty variable: Blood pressure could be normal, high, or low.... usually a dissection doesn't cause low blood pressure, though. If there it's a stroke from the dissection then pressure is often high for a while. Make sure the lightheadedness isn't from a stroke caused by dissection.
