If you also observe white, sticky exudate on her cheek, she may have thrush due to prolonged antibiotic use. However, if the white coat on her tongue can be clean easily with a wet gauze, you don't have to worry because white tongue is common if your baby is sick with poor oral hygiene, you should clean her tongue often. Have her rinse mouth with dilute baking soda solution or brush tongue with baking soda if tolerated. No sweets. Mycelex lozenges work well on this
