The dose for treatment of an ear infection is typically 80 -90 mg per kg per day. The dose is a bit high. Discuss with your Pediatrician. A dose of 6. 3 ml twice daily is an option for similar patients, based on weight. In the meantime, watch for signs of fever and worsening pain.
