I had an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound done yesterday. i received all the images through an app but have to wait until thursday to discuss with my doctor. my left ovary is a volume of 10.3mm and right is 2.2mm. what could this mean?

You do not have the correct data. Ovarian volume is addressed by cm3, normal volume of ovary is from 1.2 -9.4 cm3. So left ovary volume is slightly large and right ovary volume is normal. Other finding in the right ovary will determine the significance of slightly enlarged ovary. Please patiently wait for your doctor's communication, nothing to concern yet. Take care.
