My hcg levels were 35,119,(had spotting during this time)205 and after a gap of 5 days too another hcg whixh was 319 ! does it mean i am going to miscarry. my np suggested for another after 5 days and didnt sound that sure of a viable pregnancy?

After an HCG level of "35,119", a repeat test of "205 and 319" may indicate an arrest of fetal growth. An ultrasound of the uterus can provide more definitive information about your pregnancy, so ask your OB physician about ordering the ultrasound.

Nobody likes to be negative, but this is almost certainly not a viable pregnancy since the HCG levels should be doubling every 2 to 3 days. The levels should be followed until they become negative or you bleed and obviously pass the remnants. An ultrasound will not be helpful when levels are this low.
