I had a medically terminated miscarriage 5+ weeks ago and had a clear u/s 2 weeks later. started light spotting brown 1+ week ago. hcg levels stagnant @ 4 miu/ml 2 days ago and today. pre-peg levels less than 2. is this my period? something else?

Levels of HCG "4 miu/ml" are not considered "positive" for continued pregnancy. If birth control has not been effective, or if unprotected intercourse has occurred, the HCG level should be repeated in a week to be certain about pregnancy.
