Regarding ckd i have kidney function compromise s.creatinine 1.57 and blood urea 63 i'm asking about drug propafenone i take it in adose of 750mg/day divided in three doses does it cause worsing of kidney function or renal damage?

There is no contraindication of Propafenone in chronic kidney disease although one of its adverse effect is renal dysfunction but the incidence is quite low. If you use it and kidney function gets worse significantly, it should be discontinued.
