There is a bubbly feeling below my right rib cage. My doctor had me examined through KUB ultrasound and was diagnosed as having bilaterally non-obstructing renal micrlithiases. I have no period for 3 months. Are they somehow connected?

I feel like there's air bubbles below my right rib cage that does NOT hurt, along with the pain just below the air bubbles. Doc had me tested for KUB ultrasound and said I had small stones in my kidney. I don't think the air bubble is addressed?
