I recently got a chin implant. today has been 6 weeks. i went back a week after surgery and i could feel the implant wing from inside my mouth under my gums. he gave me a steroid pack and it went away. i can now feel it again?

You'll need to go back to your surgeon for a post operative evaluation since the surgeon who performed the procedure knows your anatomy the best.
