For years i have feared sex because of my tight foreskin and recently i messed up an amazing opportunity with a girl because of it. when im fully erect i can pull the skin back over the head but its pretty uncomfortable could steroid cream help?

I would visit a urologist and ask for simple options that would help. An office procedure could loosen the tourniquet effect you describe and that would end the issue.

Just applying steroid cream will not help. Apply a small amt of steroid cream as lubricant and gently pull the skin back as far back as you can without discomfort leave it like that for a minute or two then pull it front again. Practice daily till your skin becomes supple and can be retracted all the way back. It will take time. Other option is circumcision. Good luck
