Neck and arm symptom: I suspect a nerve impingement at the neck vertebrae by a bulging disc or spur. If your neck pain is aggravated or provoked by turning your head toward the affected arm, it makes the diagnosis of nerve impingement more likely. Wear a soft neck collar and consult a neurologist if symptoms persist. Neck xrays and/or neck MRI may be advised.
