Urinary Tract Infections dont just go away, you need to be vigilant, take the medications and completely change by increasing the amount if water you are taking in and flushing out the cause of infection. Delaying treatment can result in serious upper UT infections and kidney damage. Do what the doctor says now!

It could mean that the active infection is gone. Macrobid is best taken after meals to avoid nausea. Drink plenty of water and take otc Azo for a few days. Hopr you feel better
