Is there a reason my urine is less yellow and more pale than usual the day after sex? no other uti symptoms as burning, itching, urgency, back pain, fever, retention or nausea?

The main determinant of the color of the urine is how hydrated you are. If you were drinking a lot of fluids and or a lot of alcohol, the your urine will tend to be more pale. If you are dehydrated, the urine will be darker. It has nothing to do with sex per se. Good luck.

The color of urine depends on what is ingested and the amount on fluids taken. So pl check if you are taking more fluids around that time
