Does testing for hiv outside the window period rule out infection after an exposure? i keep having symptoms in my mouth( sore throat(strep), white tongue and now lesions on the inner cheeks). i did a 4th gen test at 95 days. should i stop worrying?

Yes, stop worrying. The negative HIV test result proves that any and all symptoms you have now or anytime in the future are not possibly caused by HIV, no matter how typical for HIV they might seem to be. (HIV symptoms are caused by the immune system's response to the virus, not by HIV itself. If someone has symptoms caused by HIV, antibody tests always are positive.)
