Need help with hiv testing i tested 4th gen lab7 weeks and 1 rapid test at 17 weeks negative do i need more testing? i have some sym like sore throat swollen lymph nodes mouth sores white tounge from 8 months constantly do i need more powerful test ?

There is no "more powerful" HIV test. Negative 4th gen HIV test results more than 6 weeks after exposure always overrules symptoms. For sure you do not have HIV; something else is causing your symptoms. And despite what you think you learned online or elsewhere, symptoms like yours are not typical of HIV anyway. See a doctor if they continue or you remain concerned. Good luck.
