Is it a waste of time to stretch if you have cerebral palsy. flexibility never seems to get better?

If you have spasticity, you may subtly loosen the areas, but stretching per se helps only minimally. BOTOX is a better remedy, but it too is temporary, maybe about 3 months at most. However, stretching and exercise play an important role in preventing further tightness and are indeed worthwhile pursuing regularly.
