Tight heel cords: Not clear when you say you can't feel the stretching whether you can't feel ANYTHING in your ankles/feet or just can't feel that. If you haven't done these things already, consider seeing a physiatrist &/or a physical therapist for evaluation and recommendations. Also surgical tendon release is done in some cases. A physiatrist can refer you to an orthopedist if necessary. Hope this helps.
