Unlikely to happen: By definition, cerebral palsy is a disorder of movement and or posture caused by injury to the brain during the formative years.The brain cells that have been damaged cannot be repaired. Treatment focuses on physical therapy to teach remaining nerves to work around the defects as well as possible. Diligent efforts in therapy can reduce the impact of CP but seldom remove all the effects.
