Uti dx by ua.took cefzil then culture came back ecoli sensitive to cefzils class, others & cipro. switched to cipro &got a little better each day. last dose is tomorow but still have fullness/frequency is this concerning? ua tomorrow again- worried?

You shouldn’t be having symptoms after 2 rounds of antibiotics — especially when those antibiotics are tailored to the urine culture. You should follow up with the prescribing doctor to reconsider the diagnosis and pursue further testing/

Nothing to worry about. Symptoms sometimes take time to improve. Make sure you drink water and keep the area clean and empty bladder when you get the urge to try to prevent future infections. Good luck
