Out of context: Your question would best answered by your treating physician and based on your original symptoms, actual results of urine studies and a follow up exam. The symptoms you mention in your question would be highly atypical for UTI, still conceivably related or totally unrelated. Make sure you inform your treating physician about your persisting symptoms.
