On my colon biopsy it shows benign colonic mucosa with moderately increased chronic inflammation in the lamina propria with an increase in lymphoid aggregates. the report also says no evidence of ibd or microscopic colitis. is this a normal finding?

No. It is indicative of some inflammation in the area of biopsy. Pl ask and co-relate with the doc who did the procedure
