A member asked:

Hi doctors, i would like to know from angiologists and doctors who have done vein/artery surgery, what happens if i get a hard pinch on a vein in my neck/artery? what kind of trauma is it and what consequences can it have? type thrombosis?, aneurysms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is hard to get a pinch on the main arteries or veins of the neck for they are deep inside. if the ones pinched are on the outside they recover over weeks and cause no problems.
