My lab results came back with elevated alt (81) and ast (51) but all other liver function/cbc all normal. could i have cirhossis? i'm about 20lbs overweight and taking seroquel. 33male, have had results like this before but also 2 test normal result?

Your lab results are suggestive more of fatty liver associated with overweight especially if your blood pressure and cholesterol level are high as well.
