I have right side stomach pain mild.cbc ok just absolute lymphocytes 4.5 normal lab(3.9).sgot sgpt crp ok.why lymphocytes high is it for liver problem?am i need ultrasound? does ibs(c) cause high lymphocytes?i have ibs(c).

Depends on details: Ultrasound scans are used to look for specific things, so each case is different. Lab results usually are numbers, and numbers are just numbers, with little meaning unless a doctor takes in the whole picture of what's going on with his patient. If symptoms suggest gall stones, for example, or if the liver is mysteriously big, or if appendicitis is suspected, then an ultrasound scan might be done.
