I used ast/alt calculator and my number is 1.6 i drink beer everyday ast range is 11-38 on my lab mine is 34 normal alt 21 normal range is 10-47.both numbers are normal and all other liver numbers normal and also ggt is normal.iworry i have cirrhosis?

Not likely But may still develop it with continued alcohol use. Consider discussing with your doctor alcohol cessation / modification programs Note Tylenol is also a liver toxin and should be taken very cautiously or avoided when there is alcohol use. Concern for husband: long hx of alcohol use (24 beers/week x 25 years), now labs show AST of 51 and ALT of 48. Ultrasound showed gallstones but also a 6 cm mass in liver and coarse echotexture of liver. Are we facing cirrhosis? MRI ordered?
