If you experience wheezing, chest tightness with cold symptoms, follow instructions for use of the inhaler. If there is improvement, as needed use with an inhaled steroid may be helpful. Treat cold symptoms with rest, hydration and nasal saline. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and worsening cough.
