Constant hoarking thick mucus from nasopharynx area, asthma getting worse, coughing phlegm which i presume is from post nasal drip, blowing nose a lot. taking albuterol twice daily and claritin. should i get a steroid inhaler too?

Add a nasal spray: a steroid nasal spray (ex fluticasone ) can help a lot twice a day in both nostrils
