Ive been having pulsating pain on my left testicle that sometimes radiates to the right side of the gut area, the pain is completely random and no position seems to help, i dont feel a lump or anything in my testicle so i doubt its a tumor or such?

Any pain in the testicular area should be examined by an in person Dr. Preferably someone who knows your medical history. there are various conditions that can cause pulsating pain in the testicle including a hydrocele, varicocele, epididymitis and hernia.
