A member asked:

I have a small lump above right ball on pubes. doesn't seem to connect to testicles at all. feels hard like a fatty deposit. could it be a tumor or ca?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not Ca: A small lump above the testis essentially refers to a process in the spermatic cord high in the scrotum. May be a small clot in the spermatic vein or adjacent structure. In rare instances a malignancy develops in the distal spermatic cord presenting as a growing mass in the upper scrotum. If the lump you feel starts growing, have it checked by urologist.
