See your doctor: Pain and a lump in the testicle is very concerning. I would recommend you see your doctor as soon as possible. You may need to be seen by a urologist to assess the lump. You may need an ultrasound.

See doc: If you have a lump and pain in your testicle, you need to see a doc to have it examined and potentially have an ultrasound of it to determine the nature of it. You are in an age group that requires serious attitude to these findings, so don't delay your doc's visit.
