See comment: You probably have epididymitis on lt side.The pain radiates to lt. Groin. Management: a) elevate scrotum b) you can use Ibuprofen -if you are not allergic to it .Preferably consult a doctor, or visit a health ctr., or check with local health dept. If possible to stay off your feet for few days.
