Have tension type headaches with stiff neck on left side of the head sometimes on the right every day,once a week i have a migrane for couple of months now.don't know if it's beacuse i used to take analgetics more than the normal amount. what is it ?

Migraine sufferers who take analgesics regularly over a long period of time are at high risk to develop "Chronic Daily Migraines", and the most frequent culprit is Tylenol! Stop the analgesics, see a neurologist, and consider the use of one of the newer CGRP items. The emerging pattern needs to be disrupted ASAP.
