Got sick after working in the heat 3 days ago. went to er cant find anything wrong.. worst migrane ive ever had, hurts to move head/ eyes stiff neck. did lumbar puncture/ normal results. head hurts more when i cough and less lying down. fever of 103?

Serious: whether this is heat stroke superimposed on heat exhaustion or bacterial meningitis, the LP will give answers and with your presentation, a CT scan of your brain would be necessary.

What is considered a fever? If I have oral temp of 37.5C is that a fever? I have a sore throat but I have GERD so the acid burns back of my throat. I have a dull headache as well but its behind my eye comes and goes. Havent traveled and no cough.
