If the pain sorted immediately after masturbation, it could just be irritation from that act. If it resolves on its own, within a short period of time, probably no follow-up is necessary. If the symptoms do not resolve promptly come out however, you should see your doctor for evaluation. Good luck.

Pl see a Urologist and let her or him decide what test is needed- and the treatment. In the mean time drink plenty of water
