I have had SI pain on and off for 10 years. ANA, HLAB27, crp, esr all negative always. MRI in 2019 showed no sacrolitis. RF fact 10, anti ccp 4. Joint pain on and off but no visible swelling or stiffness in back. Any ideas?

Low back pain, some joint pain but no swelling or stiffness since 2012 comes/goes. Neg ANA, always neg ESR/CRP, RF factor 10.7, ccp 4, MRI ruled out sacroiliitis in 2019 also neg. HLAB27 neg as well. Saw a rheumatologist in 2019 -neg. findings?

Crp-, esr- all the blood work is fine but still MRI shows I have mild inflammation in sacroiliac joints. Been 4 years like this. Plus I am hlab27+.
