I am 19 and female. my family has a history of ra. low grade fever on and off. i have morning stiffness and it started a few months ago along with pain all over my joints with lots of inflammation. rf neg sed rate 37 crp 1.35 ana neg what is this?

A rheumatologist would be best to further evaluate you and diagnose you properly. Other arthritis that can present like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is seronegative RA (meaning that the symptoms are the same but the RF is negative). Psoriatic arthritis can also present very similarly; if there is a family history of that or psoriasis, that is also possible. Treatments for all 3 are very similar.
