Low back pain, some joint pain but no swelling or stiffness since 2012 comes/goes. neg ana, always neg esr/crp, rf factor 10.7, ccp 4, mri ruled out sacroiliitis in 2019 also neg. hlab27 neg as well. saw a rheumatologist in 2019 -neg. findings?
